Vegas is around -135 on the 60-minute line for Thursday's game, and that's a good price but I'm not interested giving 1.5 goals on the puckline even as bad as San Jose can be. The Knights have won three in a row in blowout fashion and are well-rested having last played Sunday. Could be a mail-it-in game for the San Jose players on a one-game road trip ahead of a seven-game homestand -- and there's always the chance one of the better Sharks players is traded by the time this game starts (or held out because one is close). Vegas has won 14 of the past 17 in the series.
